你知道在美國只有 3% 的 AI 專長畢業生是女生？在台灣，AI 的討論才正在興起，相關教育與就業環境還沒真的準備好。我們為了要讓女生了解這也是很棒的科技職涯路，特別找了美國的 GIT 志工 Susana Craig 一起從 8/26 起在Girls in Tech Taiwan 舉辦一系列的 AI Web Series 活動，第二場9/2邀請到 Laura Montoya, Founder & CEO Accel.ai來用視訊分享 "自動化時代工作數減少的影響與如何為工業4.0革命塑造未來的工作力"。Laura Montoya現在除了是一家專注培養AI工程師的新創擔任執行長與創辦人，他也是Women Who Code East Bay的Director之一， 並舉辦定期科技讀書會TechLore，讓科技就業環境更多元與鼓勵領導能力。

Bio:

Laura is the Founder and CEO of Accel.AI, a global career development program lowering the barriers to entry in engineering artificial intelligence while fostering inclusion. She has been described as a natural and versatile leader with a passion for AI, Computer Science, Research, and Psychology. She has a Bachelors of Science in Biology, Physical Science, and Human Development. She jumpstarted her career in software engineering at Intuit revamping their Quickbooks online platform, after completing an intensive bootcamp training program.

She is a Director with Women Who Code, a global non-profit dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. She also founded and maintains a monthly reading group, TechLore, which focuses on literature that addresses empowerment, entrepreneurship, culture, social justice, and inclusion through the lens of technology.
